Brooke Candy Reveals 'Dumb' Visual, Remains Flawless

Working the stripper pole like the pro she is and shaking her lady bits like the rent is due tonight, Brooke Candy (who was mentioned in my Hottest Femcee article here) serves what she serves best..Brooke f*cking Candy, of course. Twerking that makes mince meat of Miley Cyrus' attempts and rocking her signature braided locks, Candy plays very much the Head Bitch In Charge as she rocks camouflaged ass-bearing attire as she's surrounded by a bevy of strippers and men. Your standard Brooke Candy affair nonetheless.

As always, she looks fierce in her eccentric fashions and the track itself is pretty hot as she spits "Now pick up, pick up, get your dick up, dick up, it's a stick up, stick up, let go..". Your faves could quite literally never.

On a side note, could you imagine her Kylie collab being anything remotely like this? My word. Lady GaGa & Beyonce who?

Michael Jackson & Freddie Mercury Duets To Be Released

In exciting news, Queen guitarist Brian May has confirmed that duets between the late King Of Pop and the King Of Flamboyance are indeed set to see the light of day, possibly even before the end of the year. These duets were recorded at Jacksons manor during the year of 1983 in California, after Mercury reportedly reached out to Jackson first. The duets in question, "There Must Be More to Life Than This," "State of Shock" and "Victory", were said to be "great songs" according to Mercury himself, in his 'Mercury: An Intimate Biography of Freddie Mercury' biography, and went onto explain that they were "both very busy at that period", hence why they were never released and why it didn't develop into a bigger project. Though a release date is not set in stone (only saying that we'll maybe hear them in a "couple months" time), the duets have been worked on by May himself, fellow bandmate Roger Taylor and Madonna maestro, Willian Orbit.

Mini Album Review: AlunaGeorge - Body Music

So far, 2013 has been a great year for musical duos. We have had fantastic releases from the likes of Daft Punk, Disclosure, Icona Pop and Goldfrapp. Hot off their Disclosure collab 'White Noise' (which made it to No. 2 in the UK Charts), and their own mainstream singles 'Attracting Flies' and 'You Know You Like It', we now have AlunaGeorges long awaited new effort 'Body Music'. Completely separating themselves from the aforementioned duos, both Aluna Francis and George Reid have concocted a unique sound of slick and sexy electro meets 90's RnB. Whether its on the bouncy 'This Is How We Do It' or the slower paced 'Your Love Your Drums', this electro/RnB sound is heard coherently and consistently throughout the whole record. A sound in which the duo has quite clearly mastered. Title track 'Body Music' keeps the sexy and slick atmosphere going strong, but by track 12 the sound can come off as a bit repetitive and a bit done even with refreshing tinges of 2-step coming into play on stand-out track 'Lost & Found', and the soulful-electro, wobble-happy 'Friends To Lovers'.

The Explicit Video Trend Continues: Watch The 1975's 'Sex' Visual

First Robin Thicke with his "unrated" 'Blurred Lines', and then Justin Timberlake with his "artistic" 'Tunnel Vision', these explicit videos don't appear to be going anywhere any time soon. After premiering a black and white visual last year, the lads must of caught up with this new trend as they have just premiered a brand new explicit video for cut 'Sex', from the bands EP of same name. With the songs bold title, comes an unsurprisingly bold video in tow. The members of 1975 make an appearance here and there, but its clear the attention is on the story being told of the couple and their troubled relationship. A story told through a narcotic-induced eye, as they take drugs, party hard and well, of course, have sex.

Despite a few hiccups, like the completely random scenes of the band playing music around the couple while they have sex, the story is told very well, and the nudity is done as tastefully as it can be so the storyline remains very much the primary focus of the video. It's a very refreshing approach to nudity, as oppose to a video based around nudity with no actual storyline whatsoever *ahem* Justin Timblerlake and Robin Thicke. Check it out after the jump!

Ivy Levan Continues To Wow With The 'I Don't Want To Wake Up' Music Video

Tieing up boys, teaching them a lesson and looking glamorous whilst doing it all, why of course its just another day in the life of Ivy Levan. After wowing us with her visuals for 'Hot Damn' and 'Money', Ivy is back once again with a new visual for hangover anthem 'I Don't Want To Wake Up'. In what is a glamerously crazy affair, and the final instalment in a trilogy of music videos, we see the vintage starlet teaching a few bad boys a good lesson as she ties them up before setting the house ablaze. If you only take one thing from this video, it's that you should never mess with Ivy Levan.

Much like the rest of the throwback EP, the song is a gem and the video completes the stunning trilogy nicely. If you're still new to Miss Levan, click here to read my first ever Artist Of The Week post featuring the lady herself.

The Beyoncé Remix Round-Up

Yes, its almost August and there's still no sign of an official new single or album from King B. As reports run riot that the star has scrapped 50 songs from her new album, and that Beyoncé simply can't get it together resulting in numerous pushbacks, there's not a whole lot to celebrate in the Beyhive. A representative from Beyoncés camp has since denied all the claims, but you still can't help but feel a little suspicious. Would she really perform at the Superbowl, debut multiple new songs and sign a 50 million dollar deal with Pepsi (that included music-related funding) and really have NO idea of a rough release date? I digress.

Anyways, there may not be a whole lot to celebrate over in Team B but there is something to pop a party popper over, that being all these random ass remixes appearing from nowhere. Being the generous blogger that I am, I present to you the latest Beyoncé remixes to hit the web all available at a click of a button. Don't say I'm not good to you! With these remixes dropping like flies, there are surely more to come in due course and do bear in mind, that some of these mixes haven't been officially confirmed by Beyonces camp or by the producer, but without any further delay, let's crack on..

Standing On The Sun (SOS Reggae Mix) - Kicking things off with what is probably the most unusual remix of the bunch, this is the 'SOS Reggae Mix' of 'Standing On The Sun'. As the title suggests, the original track has been fused with reggae and dancehall beats and a cool addition from a Jamaican-flavoured hypeman. The track has received positive reviews all round, and I couldn't agree more. It twerks all over the rumoured full-leaked version of the track. Release this already Bey!

The Lumineers Release Gorgeous 'Darlene'

I assume I don't have to remind you all of the monster hit that was 'Ho Hey', and how great and amazing it was, right? Ok, good. Well the folk band have been on a non stop roll since. Selling 1.3 million copies of their debut record, garnering multiple Grammy nominations and performing internationally on a sell out tour, the band hope to keep up the momentum with a brand new deluxe edition of their debut album. Due for a 20th of August release date, the set will feature five new tracks including this stunning ballad, 'Darlene'

The Future Of The Top40Verse Feat. Robin Thicke, Selena Gomez, Avicii, Zendaya & Icona Pop

This is a regular fixture on the blog that will basically tell you guys what tracks I think have potential to become hits, what songs are already on track to becoming smashes or in some cases, what should be a hit. If you've missed last weeks or new to the blog, click here for last weeks edition featuring Paramore, Tich, Fifth Harmony, Ciara and Selena Gomez

Robin Thicke - Feel Good: What do you get when you take Thickes soulful voice and combine them will.i.ams EDM-inspired beats? A surprisingly good track. Over the bass heavy number, the RnB crooner sings "Does it feel good?" over lush piano melodies. The track is a sure fire hit and can only leave you to question as to why can't will.i.am produce songs as good as this for himself.

Lana Del Rey Shades Lady GaGa And Becomes Amazing In Doing So

Another day, another Lana Del Rey leak. In what seems like a daily occurrence, Del Rey jams appear to just drop like flies, so much so you could make about 7 studio albums. Seriously at last count, I counted over 100 unreleased songs of hers, 7+ of which have leaked this week, including this gem, 'I'm Legit'. The leaks are usually 50/50 in terms of quality. Half of them being genuinely amazing Lana Del Rey tracks, and the other half being some sort of aftermath of a 24 hour booze and drug binge. This track here, meets a very happy medium between the two.

First Listen: Enrique Iglesias - Turn The Night Up

Hot off the radio-premiere and straight onto The Conorverse, the cut has just made its way onto the net. The dancey number is reportedly produced by Red One (Jennifer Lopez - On The Floor, Enrique -Iglesias - I Like It). Check it out!

Bonnie Mckee Debuts New 'American Girl' Video For Some Reason

Earlier today, the red-headed firecracker premiered a second video for soon to be hit, 'American Girl'. The first version (which was featured on my blog
here) is a fun-filled viral sensation that compliments the song perfectly, boasting special appearances from all her celebrity friends from the likes of Katy Perry and even KISS. So you can imagine the confusion behind releasing a second video..with no Katy Perry or KISS..

CHVRCHES - To celebrate the release of their debut album, 'The Bones Of What You Believe' (out September 24th), the alt-electronic trio will be hitting the roads this coming October. If their recent releases 'Gun' and 'Recover' are anything to go by, their debut effort will be a great treat and judging from YouTube clips, they put on a great energetic show.

FIRST LOOK: Lady GaGa V Magazine?

This is reportedly an image taken from GaGas upcoming V Magazine spread. Emphasis on spread..

Freebie Of The Week: The Two Friends Ft. Jeff Sontag – Sedated

Who doesn't love free music? Especially when its as good as this, and I mean good. The progressive house track builds up over an infectious 'oh' chant, before it drops hard into dance euphoria. With the additions of the acoustic guitar and well-thought out lyrics, the track holds its own against other predictable dance releases. Safe to say, I am obsessed. When it comes to free music, you really don't expect much but this track really is a sure right hit. Seriously, if this was released in the UK it'd absolutely tear up the chart. Download club banger this now!

Avril Lavigne Premieres The Not Very Rock'N'Roll, 'Rock 'N' Roll'

If this tracks predecessor (Here's To Never Growing Up) is anything to go by, Avril is quite literally never going to grow up. Produced by pop mastermind Max Martin, the song stays in very familiar territory with its try hard, rebellious lyrics, cliché title and catchy guitar-led beat. Its as if this chick is stuck in a time warp, or perhaps having a mid-life crisis, at the glorious old age of 28. She has shown us already that she can give us a mature record with great melodies and insightful lyrics on 'Goodbye Lullabye', which was refreshing to hear from the "anti"-tween sensation. Tracks like this, just show little progression and let's be honest, she's done this sound and theme to death.

St. Lucia Premiere Summer-Ready Anthem, 'Elevate'

With Summer in full swing, the anthems are coming left, right and centre. Anthems such as Robin Thickes RnB jam 'Blurred Lines' and Icona Pops dance track 'I Love It' are tearing up the charts, and becoming more annoying and overplayed in the process. If like me you want something new and exciting to listen to over and over again during the hot Summers day, look no further than St. Lucia.

Marina & The Diamonds Premiere Dull 'Lies' Video, Tease Something

Although 'Electra' Hart was released last year in April, the official video for album track 'Lies' was premiered just hours ago. To sum up the video, its basically Marina looking understatedly gorgeous, Marina sitting at a table full of food in the rain, and Marina wondering through a forest. Yes, its all very exciting and innovative. Maybe there's an underlying artistic message I'm failing to see? In short; hot track, boring video. Watch Here: http://youtu.be/MsnlBtlimBA

Artist Of The Week: The Hottest Producer In The Game Right Now, Diplo

If the title wasn't clear enough, Diplo is one of musics hottest producers, and for good reason. Rising to fame producing cuts for M.I.A., the Major Lazer maestro has since produced cuts for the best in the business, including Beyonce, Robyn, Usher, Marina & The Diamonds and No Doubt.

Listen: Example - All The Wrong Places

Its only been a hot minute since we've last heard from the London born rapper but he's back with brand new single 'All The Wrong Places'.'The Prodigy' inspired cut will be released September 1st, after having its radio-premiere on BBC Radio 1. The track is a sure club banger, and what I love about Example most is that he continuously switches it up with each release, not following any current mainstream release.

Introducing: UKs Edgiest New Girl Group, Neon Jungle

Picture Little Mix. Add a whole load of edge, a heaped dose of bad-ass bitch attitude and a pot full of loudness. Now what do you have? Jess, Amira, Shereen and Asami. A feisty concoction otherwise known as Neon Jungle.

Song Of The Week: MS MR - 'Think Of You'

Standing in the Topman changing room, after hours hell-bent on searching for the perfect suit, I hear this sudden surge of loud drums and orchestration, accompanied with a chilling, striking belt of "I still think of you and all the shit you put me through..". Having a semi-naked groove to myself in the changing room, I find myself obsessed with this song but clueless as to what it's called, or who its by. Scouring the internet for this song with only 13 words, I am unsuccessful in finding it. Nothing worse right?
With the official video premiering 6 days ago (and being all over the blogosphere since), I watched and as soon as the chorus kicked in, I could of screamed with happiness. I finally found it. The surging indie-pop number sees the duo exploring the toxic relationship she once had over a booming drums-tinged beat. Being insatiably infectious, the track is pure gold. I would even go as far as saying, one of my favourite tracks of the year so far. I am relatively new to the hipster duo at this point, I've yet to listen to 'Secondhand Rapture'. However 'Hurricane' and the equally amazing CHVCHES remix of the aforementioned track are bonafide tunes, so I'm expecting nothing less than amazing from them.

Mr. Hudson Makes Gloriously Smooth Comeback With 'Fred Astaire'

In case you were wondering "What the f*ck happened to Mr. Hudson?!" like I was, you can now rest easy at night with knowledge that the bleach blonde hunk is back again. His latest offering, 'Fred Astaire' which obviously plays a little homage to the great star, is brilliantly old school. Over a sample of Jimmy Ruffin‘s “What Becomes of the Brokenhearted.”, the throwback cut just oozes coolness with its retro flavoured beat and clever lyricism. "Let me take you there/Across the floor like Fred Astaire", he sings passionately. I can't say smooth and cool enough when describing this track. With the experimental music trend in mainstream media being huge right now, this track will certainly have no problem making an impact. Earlier today, the star premiered the long awaited visual for the track which premiered back in March. The Rankin and Vicky Lawton directed cut gives us a glimpse into the stars life as the video showcases Hudsons slick and stylish lifestyle. A perfect video to accompany the equally as perfect comeback track. Watch Here: http://youtu.be/ikvxrC2mI1g

The Future Of The Top40verse Featuring: Paramore, Tich, Fifth Harmony, Ciara and Selena Gomez

This is a regular fixture on the blog that will basically tell you guys what tracks I think have potential to become hits, what songs are already on track to becoming smashes or in some cases, what should be a hit.

Paramore - Aint it Fun: I'll start off by saying that Paramores latest album, is by far one of my favourite releases of the year so far. The album is full of great tracks including this one, 'Aint It Fun', and this blogger here thinks its full of radio potential. The care-free rock cut is definitely an album stand out, with the memorable chorus and all around positive energy of the song. Listen Here: http://youtu.be/a7ab54ARMEU (Apologies for the live rip, can't find a CDQ version!)

Single Review: Justin Timberlake - Take Back The Night

After a 7 year hiatus from solo music and a sudden announcement that his musical return was indeed happening, expectations were high when the star unleashed 'Suit & Tie' on the world. Meeting a mostly positive response, the star has seemingly met those expectations as his latest album is currently the best selling album of the year so far. Hoping to carry on the success, the singer didn't leave much time before dropping new song, 'Take Back The Night', the first single from 'The 20/20 Experience - 2/2'
Clocking in at almost 6 minutes, must like the majority of the songs on his latest effort, Timberlake giving us retro disco realness. Over a disco, big brass beat with funky horns and synths smooth as butter, the song is practically a leftover from Michael Jacksons 'Off the Wall' album and believe me, that is a compliment. Citing the King Of Pop as his influence many a time during his career, never before has the 'SexyBack' singer done something so much like Jackson before. If this track is any indication as to what to expect from the forthcoming album, could we be getting Justins own 'Off The Wall' record? With the disco trend coming into fashion, something originally started in Korean Pop music and really brought mainstream by Daft Punks 'Get Lucky', the track is current as it is brilliant. Though if you take into account the track is strikingly similar to much of Jacksons 'Off The Wall' and Daft Punks 'Get Lucky', the track maybe isn't all original but still a solid danceable effort nonetheless. Conorverse Rating: 7.5 out of 10

Lady GaGa Finally Confirms Single + Album Release Dates

Well, this is good news! Though many had worried her hip operation had put a hault to any ARTPOP-related releases, the star is pressing on with the release of a new single - almost 5 weeks away! With the single premiering August 19th and the album November 11th, you all better get ready for the non stop GaGa promotional campaign that is about to slap us in the face, sure to unnecessarily overhype everything and anything. This seems to be starting with the pre-order of a new ARTPOP app which will be available for pre-order, September 1st. I love me some GaGa don't get me wrong, but I fear for two reasons. Firstly, due to the hinder in the ARTPOP campaign, the music already recorded could sound dangerously dated. And secondly, if she overhypes this as much as she did with Born This Way, she's already setting herself up to fail. However Ill keep an open mind and remain optimistic. Just keep it simple, GaGa.

Ciara's Triumphant Comeback..Sort Of

With 'Fantasy Ride' failing to perform as well as expected and after the catastrophic flop that is 'Basic Instinct' (which I kind of enjoyed), many considered this era to be Ciaras last chance at being a successful artist. Even with a successful single, 'Ride', the album sold a frankly embarrassing 37,000 copies first week, and has sold an even more embarrassing 116,000 copies in total to date. Many attributed this to Ciaras lack of promotion but mainly due to her record label who refused to support her, which evidently lead Ciara begging to be released. Shortly after, the 'Goodies' singer found a new home at Epic Records to release her new record.

Watch: Natalia Kills Slays In 'Saturday Night' Video

Natalia Kills has only gone and done it again. After premiering the amazing 'Saturday Night', the songstress has now premiered the equally amazing official music video. In what many could regard as her best video to date (which is a huge compliment especially with videos like 'Wonderland' in her back catalogue), Natalia, looking every bit of a high fashion star, explores her troubling relationship with her parents. She shows us that even through the domestic abuse, the drugs and the criminal dealing with money, she smiled through it until she couldn't take it no more. It could all be taken as a metaphor as she keeps re-entering the room over and over again despite leaving it as if to imply she can never really escape her past.
The videos personal meaning compliments the songs equal meaning well, and the touch at the end of Natalia and her family sitting down to watch real old movies of the singer as a child really topped it off for me. It'd be a damn shame if this doesn't receive some sort of global recognition. It sure as hell deserves it.

Justin Timberlake teases 'The 20/20 Experience Continues.."

After shocking us all with his musical comeback earlier this year, its even more surprising that the star is releasing another album so soon. Confirming months earlier that indeed a second record is in the works in continuation of the 'The 20/20 Experience', the 'Suit & Tie' maestro has now teased us with a preview of a new song 'Take Back The Night'. Already sounding slick and smooth much like the actor himself, the song gives us huge promise that he is gearing up to release a stellar record, much better than its predecessor. Not to say it was a bad record, I just only really found myself listening to 'Spaceship Coup' after giving the whole record a spin, a song which I still jam to too this day. Hopefully he switches it up here a bit here and gives us more variety. What do you think, are you excited? If link doesn't work: http://youtu.be/d0nA26TYQJc

Beyonce Stuns on 'Flaunt' Magazine Cover, Still No New Music

Continuing to not release any new music from her forthcoming 5th album, Beyonce soldiers on teasing the Beyhive with a new 'Flaunt' magazine cover. Looking drop dead gorgeous, the singer shows off her desirable bod wearing nothing but her birthday suit, covered in glitter. This could be a sign that she's starting the promo campaign for her new album but if she didn't start it at the Superbowl, with the Pepsi deal or the start of a new world tour, this is likely just another dud. Maybe its just me, but I'm kind of over it now.

Artist Of The Week: Natalia Kills

Singer, songwriter, producer, model, actress and short-film director, Natalia Kills, is quite an extraordinary woman. Not that I need to reiterate the fact she's clearly very talented, what makes Kills stand above the rest is one thing and only thing only, and the most important thing above all. The quality of music.
Since introducing herself onto the scene as Natalia Kills, the Bradford-born babe initially released buzz singles 'Zombie' and 'Activate My Heart' before finally releasing her debut effort, 'Perfectionist'. The album itself was a clever mix of dark pop wrapped with clever (sometimes tired) lyrics about money, sex and fame, and catchy hooks. Though the album was good, and by far one of my favourite releases of 2011, the star faced massed criticism. Notably for her apparent similarities to Lady GaGa, the woman who apparently invented everything "out there" to some of her Little Monsters, which overshadowed much of the singers career. With a new era kicked off in full swing, we can hope that the GaGa comparisons can finally stop. Dubbing her sophomore release as 'Trouble', the Cherrytree songstress teased us with 'Controversy' before unleashing the first single, 'Problem'. A storming rock-inspired cut, laced in clever lyrics like "You got the cure, underneath your shirt…Don’t you wanna save this dirty little damsel?". With each listen, the song only gets better and better, and the accompanying visual just puts the cherry on top. Second single 'Saturday Night' sees the star opting for a more pop-friendly sound, especially in comparison to 'Problem'. The song glides through electronic verses as the star gives us major Lana Del Rey realness in the vocal delivery, but before you know it the drums kick in and Natalias belting vocals come into full effect. Singing lyrics, “Momma you’re beautiful tonight, movie star hair and that black eye. You can’t even notice it when you smile so hard through a heartfelt lie", this is without a doubt her most emotional, personal offering to date which she pulls off immensely. Hot off the release of 'Saturday Night', it couldn't be a more perfect time than to crown Natalia Kills as 'Artist of the Week'. The track is by far her most exciting release to date and if that's any inkling as to what her second album has in store, we're in for another great pop album from the ever great and exciting, Natalia Kills.

Hot or Flop?: 2NE1 Make Anticipated Comeback..

After releasing 'I Love You', and 'Gettin Dumb' with will.i.am, the ever so popular girls of 2NE1 finally make their long-awaited comeback with new single, 'Falling in Love'. The song is a straight up Summer anthem fusing together sounds of reggae and dizzy club beats, which accompany the catchy "Touch me over here / Touch me, touch me over there” hook. The video itself is all types of cute too, with the girls looking oh so stunning, working it in some super 'dope' fashions in front of expensive set ups. Personally I think the song is hot, serving up all kinds of fierce and fabulous we've come to expect from the ladies. It's definitely an improvement from the forgettable 'I Love You'. What do you think, hot or flop?

Willow Smith Is Still Trying To Happen

Back in May, we were introduced to 'Melodic Chaotic', a duo-project with the 'Whip My Hair' singer and D.J. “MVSIC” Fabrega. Earlier today, they premiered the video for their first offering '#SUMMERFLING.' Over a beach-side vibe, the track is by no means a 'Whip My Hair' but its still cute at its best. At least she's trying. On a side note, it is slightly adult for a girl her age. I mean, singing about love? You're like 6 and a half years old, go sing about twinkies or playdo or some business. And on another side note, I also don't understand why she's wearing a wig made out of Nicki Minajs armpit hair in the video.

Listen: Nicky Romero vs Krewella - Legacy (Original Mix)

To be honest, I've been looking for an excuse to post this since I heard it during Nicky Romeros set at Coachella and, since the Original Mix debuted a few moments ago, what better time to share than now! Leading with a beautiful piano piece and laced with beautiful vocals (provided by the sisters of Krewella), the track builds slowly before coming to a thumping dance breakdown. This is a must here for dance music lovers alike!

Leona Vs Ellie: Who Did 'Burn' better?

Recently, Ellie Goulding premiered the lead single from the upcoming re-release from her second album 'Halycon', 'Burn'. Earlier today, a demo of the same track surfaced on the internet but X-Factor starlet Leona Lewis. But who did it better?
Over a Stargate-like beat (Rihanna - What's My Name), produced and co-written by Ryan Tedder, housing the infectious chant of "gotta let it burn burn burn" the two tracks are essentially the same. The only differentiating factor here are the voice and in this bloggers opinion, that is what makes the key difference.
As we all know it, Leonas voice is pretty versatile. Whether she's doing her trademark ballads, rnb mid-tempos or straight up dance cuts, she somehow makes it work each time and this is no exception. She just sounds simply divine. Whereas in this case, Ellies voice just sounds straight up out of place. Though the indie-pop songstress has shone on previous top-40 ready cuts such as 'Lights' and 'Anything Can Happen', the track simply doesn't feel like an Ellie Goulding song. All in all the song itself is pretty ok. Its nothing special and nothing groundbreaking, but its cute. If you ask me, Leona did it better purely based on what her vocals bring to the record. (Sorry I can't find a stream link for Leonas version, but I'm still looking)

Cheryl Cole Eyes Solo-Star Return..

Yuhp, you read correctly, Cheryl Cole is returning to the music scene it seems. "Back with my first true love", the Geordie starlet wrote on her Instagram account accompanied with the picture above. After putting last project, 'A Million Lights', on hold to take part in the Girls Aloud farewell tour, the star is once again ready to go it alone. Despite this being album 4, the 'Call My Name' star has yet to release a cohesive, enjoyable album but 4th time lucky perhaps? With her album sales declining with each release, Cheryl really needs to pull something out the bag and not rely a whole era off the back of a number one hit.

New Chris Brown and Rihanna Duet Confirmed For 'X'

With previous reports reporting the 'Beautiful People' star demanded to keep the duet off his upcoming album, the song has now been confirmed to appear on the stars upcoming record by the singer himself on Twitter. The record label reportedly were adamant about putting the track, 'Put It Up', on the tracklisting despite Browns views and the fact that the pair have since broken up. This will now be the fourth time that the pair have teamed up for a song.
What does this mean? What happens in the likelihood that the song becomes a success regardless of the fact that the song sees a proper release or not? How will Rihanna feel? Will Rihanna promote it on her own social media anyway? Will she appear in a possible music video? Will anyone actually care?

What's Miss Britney Spears Been Up To?

Since releasing the amazing 'Femme Fatale' album, the pop princess has been rather quiet as of late in the music realm. Of course she's went to Starbucks, featured on will.i.ams ''Scream and Shout', went to starbucks, brought out the smurftastic 'Ooh La La', went to Starbucks, done the odd magazine cover and went to Starbucks, but fear not! She is coming back..and coming back a little bit more urban.
Hitting the studio hard, promising recently that this album would be her most personal offering to date, the singer has been linked with numerous producers. Those of which include Dr. Luke (yay), Rodney 'Darkchild' Jerkins (yay), Naughty Boy (yay), Diplo (double yay), Danja (yay), William Orbit (yay), Hit Boy (yay), MIKE WiLL MADE IT (yay) and will.i.am (BOO). Though I wouldn't get too excited at the prospect of an urban/hip hop album from the Godney, especially considering we were essentially promised an album soaked in dubstep. When in actuality, the Holy Spearit merely just dipped her toes into the dubstep-pool. With a star studded line up of eclectic producers and a Vegas residency and show in the horizon, Britney may just, if you will, do it again.
A release by the end of the year is likely, but with little known about the project from the star herself and her team, its anyones guesses as to how the final product will turn out. Maybe I'm just reading too much into things, but I for one am excited. Are you?

Listen: The Original Sugababes Are Back!

About time! After months upon months of teasing, MutyaKeishaSiobhan stream the long-awaited debut single from their forthcoming new album. After hearing the snippet, I was severely underwhelmed but after hearing the track in full, this couldn't be a more perfect comeback track for the girls. Harmonising like sweet angels, the girls have never sounded better. The Dev Hynes produced track is set to be released on September 1st.

Jay Z Teams Up With Beyonce Once Again on, Part 2 (On the Run)

Almost 10 years after releasing the now iconic ’03 Bonnie & Clyde’, Jay Z and wife Beyonce team up once again for the sequel, 'Part 2 (On the Run)'. Following the same theme as its previous ancestor, the couple brag about being bad-ass and their love for each other and simply don't care about getting caught on their outlaw activities. They don't care as long asf they have each other, and ask what wants the cliche love story anyway (d'awww). I don't have to tell you this is going to be a huge hit, right? Good. Justin Timberlake Debuts Boobalicious New Video for 'Tunnel Vision'

Boobs. Boobs. Boobs. I'm sure there's a really artistic reason behind this video that simpletons like myself don't quite understand. Brings a whole new meaning to bringing "sexy back", that's all I have to say. Can't wait to see the TV friendly version..

The Conorverses Top 5 Dance Tracks of the Week

David Guetta & GLOWINTHEDARK - Ain't a Party (feat. Harrison): No high profile celebrity features or no by-the-numbers predictable dance break. Can you believe it, ladies and gentleman, this really is a David Guetta track. Co-produced by upcoming dutch dj duo glowintheddark, the track goes all in with a progressive beat and an aggressive chant of "It Aint a party without me!" before dropping a hardstyle inspired dance breakdown.
Sidney Samson - Magic Shield (feat. Eva Simons): Dutch producer Sidney Samson and girlfriend, Dance Queen Eva Simons, hook up on this EDM banger. Listen Here: http://youtu.be/cCzDCHqNWK4
Duck Sauce - It's You - Most people will remember Duck Sauce for their anthem 'Barbara Streisand' and 'Big Bad Wolf', and they're back with the first single off their new album, 'Quack'. The funky fusion track is insatiably catchy, and perhaps even one to look out for on the charts. Especially with the fantasticly random video.
The Marvelettes – Please Mr. Postman (Borgore / Luke & Skywalker Remix) Take a classic 50's record, dubstep maestro Borgore, and EDM duo Luke and Skywalker and what do you get? A surprisingly good 'illiminati trap' record that goes hard.
Macklemore x Ryan Lewis - Can't Hold Us (Major Lazer remix): Conorverse favourite, Major Lazer, turn the Macklemore cut on its head and give it a complete head-banging sova meets trap makeover.
