The Future Of The Top40verse Featuring: Paramore, Tich, Fifth Harmony, Ciara and Selena Gomez

This is a regular fixture on the blog that will basically tell you guys what tracks I think have potential to become hits, what songs are already on track to becoming smashes or in some cases, what should be a hit.

Paramore - Aint it Fun: I'll start off by saying that Paramores latest album, is by far one of my favourite releases of the year so far. The album is full of great tracks including this one, 'Aint It Fun', and this blogger here thinks its full of radio potential. The care-free rock cut is definitely an album stand out, with the memorable chorus and all around positive energy of the song. Fifth Harmony - Me & My Girls: After appearing on my first 'Future Of The Top40verse' list with 'Miss Movin' On', the girls are back on the list again with 'Me & My Girls'! This track is straight up bubblegum feel good pop, name dropping the likes of Justin Beiber, One Direction and Britney Spears (always a winner) with bouncy electro tingled breaks. Definitely a lot catchier than their first offering and I personally can't get enough of it. If the girls keep churning out great tunes like they're doing, I might just turn into a full on stan! Selena Gomez - Slow Down: With the release of the completely underwhelming 'Come and Get It', I wasn't anticipating much of Gomez's new material. That was until she surprised us all with 'Slow Down'. Over a Cataracs produced beat (Dev - Bass Down Low), this is Selenas most club ready record to date. With the catchy robotics 'oh oh oh ohh ohhwoahh oh oh..'s and by-the-numbers party lyrics, though not the most original number in the world, it certainly is enjoyable.

Tich - Obsession: With Cher Lloyd nowhere to be found these days, there couldn't be a more perfect time to introduce you to her long sister sister, Tich. As of yet, the budding songstress hasn't given us much to pay attention to, and giving us a track with major Karmin - Brokenhearted realness, I don't think anybody will be in a hurry to give it to her. With the right promotion though, for her and the song, I don't see why this relatively catchy number can't make a small impact on the charts.
Ciara - Livin It Up (feat. Nicki Minaj): Hot off the release of her decent latest self-titled album, 'Ciara', the album has few tracks with radio potential (especially along with 'Overdose'). However with 'Livin It Up', stands out the most to me. The track sees the songstress singing about love, opening with "I don't believe in much, but I believe in you" and serending us with repetitive 'ah ah ahh's. The hooky rnb banger certainly has the right ingredients of a radio hit and with the addition of Nicki Minaj (who adds a hot verse),
